What is Xco?  Well it is a weather – resistant aluminum tube containing a highly specialized granular substance. The determining factor is not the weight of the training tool but rather the amount of force applied by the individual user. The new Xco trainer effectively gets your cardio up while it builds & tones your muscle also you can experience a great core workout. The new Xco trainer also strengthening the surrounding connective tissue while stabilizing the joint.

Core 1000- Your goal in this class is to perform 1000 repetitions of exercises for your core. Targeting the abdominal and lower back muscles,you’ll feel the difference after this workout.

 

Boot Camp- Get fit with a new way of exercising ! I will take you through athletic conditioning using the Xco Trainer & other exercise equipment  making sure you feel great after you take this class!
